Focus: XCUITest automation, Mobile Testing, Continuous Testing

In spring 2019, we were brought on to perform Agile QA activities for a new iOS app which needed expert analysis.

The end client are a large central Government entity and have multiple projects on the go to handle their digital needs.

We came in to the project to mainly carry out Mobile Testing and Exploratory testing, but also spent some time looking at iOS Automation with the XCUITest framework. There was an opportunity here to collaborate with other teams and provide a seemless testing experience that keeps the sprint cadence on track.

This resulted in a highly functional iOS app which had been through many rounds of testing and stakeholder were assured that it had been appropriately litmus tested before a release.
